What is the PRS Green Label Certificate?

The PRS Green Label Certificate is awarded to companies that actively participate in the waste-free management of industrial wooden pallets. This approach contributes significantly to improving our environment. As a result, the carbon footprint is reduced and less waste is generated.

Zakład Produkcji Folii Efekt Plus would like to inform that AgroWrap haylage film has obtained the registration certificate No. 018097270 issued by the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Thus, AgroWrap® brand logo is the subject of legal protection in 28 European Union countries.

In accordance with the industrial property law, and to be more precise, with the Act of 29 November 2019, a trademark can be any sign that can be represented graphically if such a sign is appropriate to distinguish goods of one enterprise from those of another enterprise.

We are pleased to inform you that our product – e7 film can boast the registration certificate No. 015386006 issued by the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Thus, e7 brand logo is the subject of legal protection in 28 European Union countries. This product was designed primarily out of a need to protect the environment.

Zakład Produkcji Folii Efekt Plus would like to inform that the product – Eco Performance Pre-Stretch® film has obtained the registration certificate No. 018279104 issued by the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Thus, Eco Performance Pre-Stretch® brand is protected by trademark in all the European Union Member States.

Eco Performance Pre-Stretch® – pre-stretch film is a special type of stretch film. It is simple to use, economical and has characteristics – utility values appreciated by many economy sectors.

Our 5-layer polyolefin film available under the name EFEKT STRETCH PLUS® can boost the trademark registration certificate No. 015033202 issued by the European Union Intellectual Property Office. The registered trademark is subject to protection pursuant to the Act on the Industrial Property Law which provides for sanctions for, among others, using a registered trademark by a person who is not entitled to use the trademark of 5-layer haylage film.

We are very pleased to inform that our brand of 7-layer stretch film, SEVEN® has obtained the trademark registration certificate No. 015197502 issued by the European Union Intellectual Property Office. The trademarks are reserved by the signs used in the trade that serve to identify the products or services of a particular enterprise. They make it possible to distinguish products of the same kind offered by different entrepreneurs and thus, they form the basis of building the brand image and reputation.

The certificate confirming the activities aimed at re-using the transport pallets and reducing the carbon footprint. The certificate is issued by PRS Pooling which for more than 20 years has been engaged in the subject of re-use and use of CP-type pallets for the European polymer industry. The main motto of this programme is BE CIRCULAR, BE GREEN.

Zakład Produkcji Folii Efekt Plus Sp. z o.o. has a certificate of the Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015. ISO 14001 standard is developed is a manner which allows to apply it in different types of organisations, conducting activities in various sectors and socio-cultural-geographical conditions.

The principal objective of the environmental management system is to create appropriate conditions for the organisation functioning in a manner which will allow to minimise the negative factors affecting the environment. The essence of ISO 14001 is supporting the organisation – regardless of its nature, size or type – in the management of the impact of its activities, products and services on the environment, as well as the minimisation of this impact and efficient use of the available resources.

Zakład Produkcji Folii Efekt Plus Sp. z o.o. has a certificate of the Quality Management System EN ISO 9001:2015 – it is an international standard specifying the requirements which the quality management system should meet in the organisation. PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 contains a set of requirements relating to the enterprise quality management system. In order to obtain the certificate, it is necessary, according to the definition above, to meet all the requirements included in the standard.

Zakład Produkcji Folii Efekt Plus Sp. z o.o. has received a patent pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 30 June 2000 on the Industrial Property Law (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1410, as amended). It was granted to: Zakład Produkcji Folii Efekt Plus Sp. z o.o., Rzeszów, Poland. The patent No. 223808 relates to – a 5-layer stretch film.

Zakład Produkcji Folii Efekt Plus Sp. z o.o.  has received a patent pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 30 June 2000 on the Industrial Property Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 776, as amended). It was granted to: Zakład Produkcji Folii Efekt Plus Sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland. The patent No. 233197 for the following invention “Multi-layer stretch film”.

We are pleased to inform you about the fact that Efekt Plus has obtained the registration certificate No. 014797419 issued by the European Union Intellectual Property Office for the “Zakład Produkcji Folii EFEKT Plus” trademark being our company’s logo. Thus, our logo is the subject of legal protection in 28 European Union countries.
